Protan announced at the general meeting on 4 January 2024, that Lars Ivar Røiri has been elected as the new chairman.

Protan's thermoplastic roof membrane emerges as a sustainable alternative to the conventional bitumen membrane. The environmental impact is further highlighted by the fact that replacing every 50 square meters of Protan roof membrane for a 5 mm bitumen membrane results in a reduction of heavy oil consumption equivalent to one oil barrel. This innovation positions Protan as a driving force in the movement toward greener roofing solutions.

This autumn marked 25 years of successful cooperation with Maleko Ltd, our distributor in Estonia. We celebrated this significant milestone on 30th November in Tallinn with the Maleko team.
